I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the prices were very reasonable, making it great value for money. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, especially in the rooms with a great view over Lago Maggiore. Additionally, the location next to the restaurant on top of the hill provided me with stunning views. Lastly, the breakfast on the terrace with a view was the perfect way to start my day.
All was perfect during my stay.

This hotel, situated on top of a hill, offers stunning views of Lake Maggiore. The location is perfect for those who want to be near the lake and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The rooms provide a great view of the lake and are equipped with basic amenities, including a toilet in Casa Gioia. The staff is friendly and the service is excellent. Breakfast on the terrace is a delightful experience with a view.

We recently went on a romantic escape and we loved the surrounding woods and location, it really was a perfect getaway. the breakfast was amazing, it was definitely the perfect way to start our day before heading out to do some exploring.
The room was very basic and lacked a lot of the amenities we were used to, which was a little disappointing. We also found the furnishings in the room to be a little outdated.

Serene location up the hill with amazing Lake Maggiore view from the room. Excellent breakfast and clean rooms. Easy parking and short walk to downtown.

We chose a hotel located on top of the hill with a great view of the lake; it's worth the effort to get there. the view from the room balcony was spectacular, and the breakfast served with a view was nice. Housekeeping maintained cleanliness.
But, the hike to the hotel was exhausting and took much longer than expected.

The view from our room was breathtaking, we could see both the town and the beautiful lake. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, we particularly enjoyed the fresh croissants and the flavorful cheese. We also appreciated the free transportation tickets provided by the hotel.
There were no elevators available and the stairs were difficult to climb, especially for those without a car. , the towels in our room were quite small and the amenities felt outdated.
